Lake Kindness Quote Serene & Calm Zoom Background.png

How effective is your technique when you have anxiety in performance?

Are you doing lots of ineffective voodoo, wishing and hoping before you go into the room to audition?

Tired of feeling like your brain is not working? Are you using your body or do you feel stuck with anxiety when you try and sing live?

Worried about the year+ we’ve all had off of not practicing performance?

Afraid that your stamina is not there?

Frustrated that your technique works in the shower but not in performance?

Want to feel connected to your text and clear as you sing so you don’t have to worry about technique?

Aspire to let go and not feel like you have to control the sound?

Feeling rusty and need a kick in the pants to actually START practicing and get in vocal shape?

What if you knew exactly what to do daily to improve your vocal strength, stamina and freedom from anxiety in the brain when you perform?

Introducing…

Sing Serene: A Performance Anxiety Workshop with Vocal Kinesthetics

A 2-hour workshop designed to show you the step-by-step approach
to improving your Brain and Body in performance to combat anxiety with voice trainer and actor, Kimberly Moller.

I created this program to help frustrated singers stop flipping, pushing or getting stuck in their body or thoughts and start finding their authentic, powerful voice. Feeling good about singing is half of the experience.

In this workshop you will:

  • Learn my Top 5 drills to improve your body (eye strain, low back pain, breathing, flexibility, etc) and immediately improve your voice

  • Go inside what scientists are calling the 5th lobe of the brain (the insula) for more peace of mind

  • Learn fun drills to do in person to improve the anxiety response in the nervous system

  • achieve more consistent function and be able to worry less about technique in performance

At the end of the workshop you’ll walk away with:

  • A PDF of drills we tested and reminders on how to do them in practice

  • Videos to walk you through to Top 5 drills

  • Access to my online quick 3, 5, 10 minute vocal warm ups and a joint warm up

Date: August 4th
Time: 5:30-7:30pm

Location: Coronado Beach
Price: $49

Take it from Ashlee:

One of the most important elements of working as a professional musical theatre performer is to have a vocal coach that you trust. Someone who pushes you to commit to your training, understands the importance of the voice and body connection, is constantly up to date on new methods and techniques, and is always offering new tools that make a long lasting impact.

I highly recommend Kimberly because she is more than just a voice teacher. She teaches you about the body, the voice and how it is all connected for safe, healthy and optimal performance. Plus, you can work with her from anywhere in the world!!

I'm grateful to all the support, guidance and training she has given me. The results from where I was with my voice and confidence a year ago is what keeps me coming back to work with her every week or at least every other week.

Thank you Kimberly! I'm going to belt out some high notes now because I know they are fierce thanks to you.
